These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SpendBeaver, operated by CircleRoll LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service

SpendBeaver provides personal and business budgeting, expense tracking, receipt capture, category budgets, safe-to-spend insights, optional bank connectivity via Plaid, and related tools. Features may vary by plan. We may update, add, or remove features as we improve the product.

Your content

You retain ownership of expenses, receipts, budgets, goals, and other data you enter or connect. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve SpendBeaver for you and your workspace members.

Accounts and billing

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Paid plans, trials, and renewals are handled through our payment providers (for example Stripe or app-store billing). If a subscription lapses, your data remains viewable and exportable as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, scrape or reverse-engineer the product beyond what applicable law allows, or use SpendBeaver for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Bank connections

Optional bank and card linking is provided through Plaid. You authorize connections before they begin and can disconnect at any time. Availability of institutions and data depends on Plaid and your financial institution.

SMS program

Optional SMS/MMS features (receipt photos, expense nudges, account notifications) require a SpendBeaver account with a verified mobile number on file and express opt-in (web form in Settings → Notifications, or keyword START/YES). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Full program terms: spendbeaver.com/sms.

The service is provided "as is." SpendBeaver is not a bank, tax advisor, accountant, or investment advisor. We are not responsible for tax, legal, or financial decisions you make based on information in the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CircleRoll LLC disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
